Spanish War and Philippine Cartoons

The following photo depicts America's intrusive invasion of the Philippines.
It is important to note the over sized boot with the flagged pant leg seeming to symbolize America's rapid occupation of the Philippines and the fact that boot landed on seemingly expectant farmer shows the swiftness by which America entered and the involvement they had with the agricultural aspect of the Philippine's economy. The following photo depicts America's intrusive invasion of the Philippines. The sign states, "NOTICE The US Is Requested to withdraw P.D.Q. (signed) Aguinaldo. You can see that the US is blatantly ignoring this notice and has set foot in territory where they may be overstaying their welcome. This cartoon is clearly anti-imperialist. Questions I have include when this was released (for relevancy to the situation) and how (newspaper?).
